The Donmar Warehouse offers unpaid internship in the Administration Office. The internship can cover aspects of literary and production administration, marketing, casting and development. Applicants should be 18+ and be available for a minimum of one months full-time. No experience is needed but office experience is helpful. The applicant should be interested in a career in arts administration, marketing or development.

The Donmar Warehouse offers a placement position to work alongside the Stage Management team from the first day of rehearsals through to the first preview. This position is available for each production. The role involves assisting the ASM with propping, researching, sourcing and or making of both props and furniture, and assisting the DSM in rehearsals with setting-up, re-setting and with scene changes.

This is a voluntary position. Applicants should in their final year of Stage Management training or have similar and relevant experience.

Stage Management work experience slots are now full until January 2011.

We offer a Resident Assistant Director bursary for a director to work on each Donmar production for a year. This scheme is supported by Jon & NoraLee Sedmak and the Sedmak-Wooten Family Foundation.

The closing date the 2010 bursary has now passed. The 2011 bursary will be advertised here late next year.

We do not offer work placements or work shadowing in the directing field.
