The Donmar Warehouse is a producing house and, therefore, does not hire out to visiting companies for their productions. Very occasionally it is available for day functions or Sunday hire but these have to be organised around the existing programme and set constraints. There are also staff costs incurred (charged at West End (SOLT) rates).
