TICKETS
I am a Friend / Best Friend of the Donmar. How can I secure tickets for your productions?
Thank you for your support. As a member, you have access to Priority Booking for all of our productions. Our new shows are announced via members’ email newsletters, which include a booking link and your Priority Booking slot. Please note that tickets for productions are in high demand.
For sold-out shows, we may facilitate an additional ticket release during previews. Our Friends and Best Friends will be the first to know about these, and will receive Priority Booking via the members’ newsletter.
For returns, please check the availability online on the website or by calling the Box Office 020 3282 3808.
Patrons (from Bronze level upwards) can book tickets right up to the day of the performance, by accessing our allocation of house seats. Please click here to find out more.

Memberships
What is the difference between the £75 Friend and £85 Friend membership?
Our £85 Friend membership is a one-off donation for one year. As a token of gratitude, we offer a £10 discount on the £85 Friend membership if you support us by auto-renewal or Direct Debit on a recurring donation basis.
This is the only difference between the £75 and £85 membership levels.
How can I see which membership level I have?
Your membership level will be on your Membership card. Alternatively you can log in to your Donmar account to check your membership level.
When will I receive my membership card?
We send out digital membership cards on a bi-weekly basis. The membership card can be used for bar discounts and complimentary programmes (Best Friend and above).
Can I upgrade my membership part-way through the year?
Yes, you can upgrade or change your Membership level by getting in touch with our Membership team at friends@donmarwarehouse.com.
How can I cancel my membership?
You have the right to cancel a membership within 14 days of purchase for a full refund of your benefits. However, if you have used any benefits (including the opportunity for early booking) prior to cancellation, you must pay the value of the benefits used.
What is a gift membership? How do I redeem it?
You can gift a membership of any level, bringing your loved ones closer to our work at the Donmar. They will receive exclusive insights into the Donmar world, with behind-the-scenes access, priority booking to tickets across all our productions, regular email updates from us and a selection of member-only events (at certain levels).
You can purchase the gift membership on the Membership page or the Gift Ideas page. You can select to buy either a Gift Voucher or a Gift Membership.
When filling out the details, you can enter either your own or your recipients’ email address, so that after the purchase, you (or the recipient, if you chose to provide their email address) will receive a voucher code that starts with a letter M and corresponds to the value of a purchased membership. The code can be used once.
To apply the code, you, or your recipient, will need to log into the Donmar account and select a corresponding to the voucher code value membership on the Membership page. At the checkout, you can redeem it as a Gift Voucher code.
Alternatively, you can redeem the code on the Gift Ideas page after logging into your account. Under the ‘Gift Vouchers’ drop down menu, please click on the red ‘Redeem a gift’ line. Then, enter the code and press the ‘Redeem Gift’ button. After that, your account will be credited with the monetary value of the code and the membership will be automatically added to your basket. Please proceed to checkout. At the order summary, please tick ‘Use available credit to pay for this order’ and confirm the order.

How do I log into my Donmar account?
On our website, you will find a ‘person’ icon in the top right corner, next to the ‘shopping cart’ icon. Please click on the icon to go through to the login portal. You can login by using your email address and a password, created by you.
I forgot my password, what should I do?
If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it here. Please click ‘Reset here’ next to ‘Forgotten your password?’ and enter your email address. Your new password link will be sent to the provided email.
How can I renew my membership via auto-renewal or Direct Debit?

I have not been receiving newsletters or emails from you. What should I do?
If you haven’t received emails from us for a while, please check if the emails have been redirected to Socials, Promotions, Junk/Spam or similar folders. If you have unsubscribed in the past and would like to receive our mailings again, please get in touch with us at friends@donmarwarehouse.com

Can I Gift Aid my membership? What is Gift Aid?
Gift Aid is a UK charitable tax scheme, which allows charities to claim an additional 25% on donations made by UK taxpayers (with their consent) at no further cost to the donor. Under this scheme, the additional income would be taken from the donor’s tax within the financial year, which usually allows charities to gain additional income. How else can I support the Donmar?
As an independent charity, we need to raise over £3 million every year, on top of ticket sales, to survive. If you would like to support us more closely, we’d love to hear from you.
