Nana Mensah starred in Queen of Glory – which she also wrote and directed. The film won Best New Narrative Director and the Special Jury Prize for Artistic Expression at the Tribeca Film Festival, was nominated for Best First Feature at the Independent Spirit Awards and won the Mill Valley Film Festival's Mind the Gap Creation Prize.
